We bill our clients based upon an hourly rate. Clients are billed monthly. For more information on rates for attorneys and staff please contact us for current information.  Contingent fee arrangements are available in appropriate cases.

"Retainers"

For some work, we will request a retainer or advance payment. We deposit all retainers in our clients' trust account and draw upon it as fees, costs and expenses are earned or paid.  We may request additional retainer funds if your trust account is exhausted.  You may request an accounting at any time.
