Many claims or lawsuits do not start in the courts but with administrative agencies of government. These agencies conduct investigations, file complaints, hold hearings and render decisions affecting clients in such matters as property tax appeals, employment discrimination or benefit claims, obtaining licenses or permits or representation at all levels of administrative or agency action. We also represent clients before state legislative and Congressional committees.
