Macpherson, Gintner & Diaz traces its origin to 1897, when C.E. Hawkins began practicing law in Toledo, Oregon. In 1909 he formed a partnership with G. B. McCluskey . McCluskey practiced law in Lincoln County for over 50 years and was the "Dean" of the local bar association when Gordon Macpherson joined him in the practice in 1961. During the intervening 30 years Macpherson was joined by a group of talented professionals with a dedication to the service of their clients.
Present partners of the firm are Peter Gintner and Rick Diaz. Other members of the firm are Melissa A. Chown and Adam C. Springer. With Christopher T. Scott and Wesley T. Chadwick, of Counsel.
